Brett designed the illusions for the production of the Spirit Play by the Strange Tree Group at the DCA Storefront Theatre in Chicago.
The production featured many classic illusions from the Spiritualism era of magic, including a rare staging of the Pepper’s Ghost Illusion (left) where a live actor appears transparent onstage in full view of the audience.
